Usable only at authorized Southgate Mall merchants. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted each month from card balance starting 12 months and 1 day after the card activation date. Fee for replacing lost, stolen or damanged card is $2.50. Additional terms and restrictions are stated in accompanying Card Agreement. Not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, except as stated in Card Agreement. Purchase, acceptance or use of card constitutes acceptance of Card Agreement.
